Laura Lisabeth Oxley-Patterson
Sauk Point Veterinary Clinic
In June 2019, I attended my UW-VMTH 20 year Alumni Class Reunion and it afforded me time to reflect on how much I have grown and my vocation has advanced. I have been living and working in and around the big city of Madison for the past 25 years after moving from my small college hometown of Platteville, where my parents presently reside. Proudly, I have enjoyed expanding my clinical practice career with 11 dedicated years at Healthy Pet Veterinary Clinic where I get to treat a variety of patients and meet their unique humans. My husband, Aaron Patterson and I have been married for 16 years and we love adventuring around Madison; as well as traveling abroad: castle tour thru several countries in Europe, visited Machu Picchu, traversed up Mt. Kilimanjaro, biked around Spain, and hiked to Everest base camp in Nepal! We are both very passionate in environmental conservation and reducing our carbon footprint and love our electric vehicles! I enjoyed trail running and skijoring with our standard poodle “Rogue” and now pupper "Raven", scenic bike rides on the backroads of WI, and hiking our many hidden gems.
