The Mission of the Dane County Veterinary Medical Association is to provide Continuing Education, promote collaboration and collegiality, and support the mental well being of our members. We rely heavily on sponsorship to accomplish these goals. By sponsoring the DCVMA, you can contribute to maintaining the Dane County veterinary community as a vibrant network of colleagues working to help the animals that enrich our lives. Sponsorship of our events is available at multiple levels:
Platinum Level Sponsorship - limited to 1 per event at $1500 includes:
Recognition as top-tier sponsor on event signage, table cards, email announcements and website event posting.
5-minute opportunity to speak about your clinic or promote new products or initiatives.
Table at event for marketing materials (optional)
2 tickets to the event
Limit: 1 sponsor per event
Deadline for guaranteeing all benefits: 2 months prior to event
Gold Level Sponsorship - limited to 2 per event at $800 includes:
Recognition with event signage, table cards, email announcements and website event posting
Opportunity to verbally introduce yourself and promote your organization for for 2-3 minutes
Table at event for marketing (optional)
2 Tickets to the event
Limit: 2 sponsor per event
Deadline for guaranteeing all benefits: 2 months prior to event
Silver Level Sponsorship - at $600 includes:
Recognition with event signage, table cards, email announcements and website event posting
Verbal recognition at the event

2026 Spring Membership Meeting Platinum Sponsorship
Our Spring Membership Meeting will be May 7 at the Thirsty Goat, Fitchburg. Our members will meet to socialize at dinner, attend a Continuing Education event and be informed on what the DCVMA Board doings! Please considering Sponsoring this Annual Event!

2026 Summer Social at the Boneyard
Our Summer social event this year is going to the Dogs! Members will be able to attend with their favorite canine companions while they enjoy the Summer weather at The Boneyard.

Only Bronze level sponsorships are available for this event, due to the nature of the venue. But be assured that we will recognize your sponsorship as we promote the event to our members, as well as verbal recognition at the event.

2026 Mallards Baseball Game Bronze Only
On August 4th our members will de-stress while they enjoy an outing to watch our own Madison Mallards tear the cover off the ball at Warner Park! This event is always a popular, family friendly outing where members and their families can relax and drink in the warm summer breezes at the old ball field!
Due to the nature of the venue we are limiting sponsorships to Bronze level.
