WHO WE ARE
The Dane County Veterinary Medical Association is a professional non profit organization serving veterinarians in Dane County, Wisconsin, providing opportunities for continuing education, collaboration, community outreach and an outlet for members to network among peers.
The organization is served by an all volunteer board, including a President, Secretary/Treasurer, Events Officer and Continuing Education Officer.

Making A Difference
ENCOURAGING COLLABORATION
United by a common love for animals, our DCVMA members have shared interests and shared goals. We provide a forum to come together as a peers to advance local medical policy, advocacy and community awareness of issues affecting our profession.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
Local veterinary organizations are authorized by the Wisconsin State Legislature to accredit continuing education for veterinarians. The DCVMA evaluates and provides CE credentials for any CE lecture to veterinarians in our county that meet our criteria, currently at no cost.
FUN!
Veterinarians need to have fun too! The DCVMA provides frequent opportunities for fun and networking, be they pub nights, or sporting events. These provide invaluable opportunities for socializing, blowing off steam, and sharing ideas in a safe space.
